Order Processing:

Once you place an order, it will take 0 - 2 business days for our team to confirm your order. This includes verifying the order details, payment and preparing the shipment. Please note, we only ship Monday to Friday. Our team is off on the weekends.

Cancellations & Changes:

You can request a cancellation or make changes to your order within the first 12hours of placing it. After this period, our team may have begun processing the shipment and we wouldn't be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. To request a cancellation or make changes, please contact our customer support team.

Shipping Times & Fees: 

Our average shipping times for standard shipping is at 1 - 3 weeks from the date of order processing. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other external factors.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll be able to track your order the whole way. We will send you an email confirmation with all the details. Tracking can take between 2 – 4 days to update so please be patient. If anything goes wrong with your shipment, we will cover any loss packages or faulty products.

Where Will My Package Ship From:

We are a small business, however we work with a logistic partner around the world to be able to ship to multiple countries at an affordable rate. This allows us to provide our customers with a great price point.

Delayed Shipments:

Whilst we strive to meet our shipping time frames, some factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. If there is a delay in your shipment, we will promptly inform you and provide an updated estimated delivery time.

Custom Duties:

Due to the location of some of our oversea warehouses, postage may incur a small import duty tax upon delivery to yourself. Please note that we are not liable for these local custom chargers. Please contact our customer support team if you have any concerns on this.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable. 

We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details.
