How long will my order take?

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 1 - 2 business day
  • Shipping time: 7 - 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

How can I change or cancel my order?

Since we want to send your items to you as quickly as possible, we are generally unable to make changes to an order after it's been placed. However, you can email us at support@motherlyease.com to check your order status.

 

Where is my order?

Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, or the tracking seems inaccurate, please email us at support@motherlyease.com.

 

My order never arrived. What should I do?

Please email us with your order number.

 

Where do you ship from and do you ship to my country?

Some orders from the United Kingdom will be sent from the UK warehouse; it is also possible to ship from China (depending on whether the product is in stock in the warehouse)

If you have any questions, please communicate with us before placing an order.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping only to the UK. If you live outside the UK and are interested in our products, please send us an email at support@motherlyease.com for tailored shipping arrangements.

 

The product I ordered doesn't fit. What should I do?

To start your return or exchange of undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, please email us for more specific assistance. 

 

Can I exchange a product?

We do not process exchanges, however, qualifying items can be returned to us for a full refund and re-ordered. A new order can be placed directly on our website.

 

How can I return an item?

We accept returns up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order

  • All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging
  • Please make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package
  • Items you would like to return should be sent back to us within 30 days of your order date
  • Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10 working days
  • Bags that have clearly been used are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please make sure to include your order number and the reason for your return and also note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item.

 

Maybe! Take a look on our social media channels to see if a deal has recently been announced. The first people to know about promo codes/discounts/sales are our email newsletter subscribers, so make sure you sign up for that!

 

There are many reasons a discount code may not work: it may be expired; you may have used the discount code previously; or there may be another discount code already applied to your cart (only one discount code can be used per order). Can I use more than one code for my order?

Only one discount code can be used per order. Items marked down and “on sale” may not be purchased with an additional discount code.
